All orders receive tracking information via email and/or SMS text.

Ailivy is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows status as "delivered". Use the tracking number we provide you with to follow the order until it is delivered. If you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it has been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room and local post office before contacting Ailivy.
Once an order was placed, there will be no changes to any information including your shipping or billing address so please make sure to put the correct shipping and billing addresses. If you put an incorrect address, you might contact us to check if the order has not shipped yet so we can cancel it in order for you to place a new order with the correct information
In the event in which a customer puts an incorrect address or an unreachable address which causes the package to be sent back to us, the customer holds full responsibility for the shipping fees of the second label that has to be issued in order for them to get the package after we received it back. Ailivy® is not liable for the shipping and packaging fees in the event of returning to exchange sizes or in the event of returning. All returns are subject to 25% return fee (to cover handling, restocking, cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, replacing worn out parts, repackaging). Shipping is 100% non-refundable.
A customer is not eligible for order cancellation before the order has shipped out. Customer may follow return/ exchange procedures after they have taken possession of their shipment and return back to the shipping department at dedicated return shipping address provided by Ailivy.
If tax is required to pay at your country, Ailivy is not responsible for tax charged at your local customs, the responsibility to pay belongs to the customer.
Hold at location is available at FedEx.com with your tracking information, should you not be at destination address for delivery on expedited services.
Our free shipping does NOT include “signature required” and therefore, we highly recommend upgrading to USPS priority mail (or higher) if you know there is a possibility that our package will get dropped off in front of your door and get stolen or lost.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
